This is Rai, a rainmaker from Farburvur, and here is his story:
A spirit of the woods. Having lived in the forests for centuries, he has weathered countless droughts and floods, and is a friend to all the inhabitants there. During the day he has his roots buried deep in the forest floor, but as night falls he wanders out wielding cosmic energy, dancing, and calling up to the sky for rain so the plants and creatures in the forest might drink again
