Sock Monster Stories!

Sock Doll Stories has a new monster up for adoption and he is handsome indeed! Here are all his details: Born on New Year’s Eve, Phinneas – or Finn – is the walking definition of a “party animal”. He’s always up for a good time, which for him means anything involving friends, food (preferably BBQ) and terrible puns.

Finn also welcomes any opportunity to dance. He loves the way his ears flop around when he moves with the music, so be sure to leave him plenty of room on the dance floor. And of course offering him a nice cold beer (root or otherwise) after his performances is always appreciated.
Phinneas Funster is eager for adoption into a new and loving family! He'll do best in a home where no humans (or animals) are prone to chewing on or tugging hard at his small monster parts.

Mug Monsters!

I don't know about you, but I take my lunch and dinner to work every day. Every day, in a boring black insulated bag I picked up somewhere. BUT NO MORE!! Now that I have discovered Mug Monsters, I can bring my food to work in a mason jar (I have plenty!) tucked in a pal to keep me company! Here, I will let Mug Monsters explain it all...

"MUG MONSTERS are adorable handmade creatures, lushly quilted and designed to insulate a tempered mason jar, with sizes and styles available for all ages. They keep your soup, tea, smoothie, or cider hot/cold for up to 5 hours, and are lovingly created from almost all upcycled and recycled materials.

The Mug'ster provides a top handle for ease of carry, a secret interior pocket (spacious enough to hold money, ID, cards, chapstick, and other small necessities), and 2 o-rings for clipping your keys, mp3 player, a flashlight, or adding a shoulder strap.

Mug Monsters can accommodate many other beverage containers that are on the market, not just the jar. Your favorite water bottle, coffee thermos, etc, might just fit! Take your Mug Monster with you to your favorite coffee shop, and reduce your daily waste. Pour your bubbling hot soup or chili straight into your jar, and have a hot lunch hours later! Sneak your own drink into theaters, amusement parks, or shows. You can also choose to leave out drink containers completely, and use your Mug Monster as an eye-catching shoulder bag.

You can also "Build a Mug Monster" on my website (MugMonsters.com), choosing all fabrics, eye color, number of eyes, zipper color, etc. You can even add special features to your Mug Monster, such as horns, hair, clothing, limbs, ears, scales, tails, tentacles, wings, and much more. Or you can purchase a gift certificate for a loved one, so they can have the joy of building their own!"

Custom Cthulhu!

Is it just me, or is Cthulhu is getting cuter and cuter?  Maybe he has so warped my mind that all I see is his adorable side! Well, either way, if you are in the same boat as me, and need to find him for a hug, you are in luck! These particular Elder cuties can be found at Misfit Garden who promises to make them in the colors of your choice but from there it's on you. In fact, they insisted that I print their disclaimer here, in case you missed it on the site!

"Please note, the maker is not responsible for awakening Elder Gods, any evil unleashed, including but not limited to, destruction of mankind."

So just keep that in mind when ordering...

Tomo Island Turnip Thief!

I realize that we were just at Tomodachi Island visiting their Buggle Yetis, but this Turnip Thief was just too wonderful not to post immediately!  I'm afraid I can't do him justice, so I will let them tell you all about him:

"This is the Turnip Thief, a common pest of Tomodachi Island. It is hard to believe that something this cute can be called a pest. This little creature spend all its life stealing turnips from the Yeti Folk of Tomodachi Island.
They burrow under ground and rarely emerges to the surface. They build amazing tunnel systems with the help of their unicorn like horn. This horn works like a drill and is extremely strong, it can even drill through stone.
So the Turnip Thief might be a small and innocent looking creature, but for its size it is extremely strong and the Yeti Folk have no way of protecting their turnip harvests from these little critters."

Milbot and Chooky Creature!

Milbot and Chooky call this a two faced creature, but I call it a perfect representation of my current state! Thus, I shall rename him Mood Swing Creature! There are some very good things going on in my life, but I'm still recovering from some major losses, so I find myself flipping back and forth just like this little guy! I should keep him around and turn him as the moods hit, to help the people I live with keep up!

See! I promised you Super Cute and Fuzzy and I delivered! In fact, I think Fluse123 is actually Latin for Super Cute and Fuzzy, but I could be wrong. It might mean Adorable and Squishy, I always did get those two confused!
